Installers or companies referencing TGM standards or displaying TGM-related materials must not falsely claim affiliation, endorsement, or certification unless they have been officially approved through a TGM-recognized compliance program.

TGM-Compliant Installer™ status may be subject to ongoing review, and The Gate Monitor™ reserves the right to revoke use of marks or branding if misuse is found.

4. Website Functionality & Third-Party Links
